Litky is a charming riverside settlement located northeast of Kyiv, on the banks of the Desna River. In this area, the Desna flows wide and gently, forming quiet bends and sandy shores that are well-suited for swimming and relaxation. During summer, the water temperature near Litky usually ranges between 21 and 25°C, occasionally reaching higher values in July and August. The river’s slow current and soft sandy bottom make swimming here comfortable, and many locals enjoy cooling off in the water or spending weekends by the riverbank.
