Podujevë (Подујево) is located in northern Kosovo, where the Llapi River flows through a landscape of rolling hills and fertile valleys. The water temperature in the Llapi varies notably throughout the year, typically ranging from about 3–5 °C in January and February to 20–23 °C in July and August. Spring months bring moderate warming as snowmelt from surrounding hills feeds the river, keeping it cool and clear.
