Volodarka is a small town in the Kyiv Oblast, located on the banks of the Ros River, which flows gently through the area. In this part of the river, the current is moderate, and the water warms up well during the summer months. By July and August, the temperature of the Ros near Volodarka typically ranges between 22–25°C, depending on air temperature and rainfall. The water remains fresh and clear enough for swimming, especially during calm, sunny periods when the river level is stable.
