The Lisove Reservoir, located in the Zhytomyr region of Ukraine on the Irpin River, is a quiet and scenic body of water surrounded by forested landscapes and rolling meadows. Because it is an artificial reservoir with calm, still water, it warms up more quickly than the river itself. By late May, the temperature usually reaches 18–20°C, and in July and August it often rises to 23–25°C, sometimes even higher in shallow areas. The reservoir retains warmth well into early autumn, making it suitable for swimming from late spring until the end of September.
