Actual nearshore water temperatures may fluctuate by several degrees from the reported values, especially following heavy rainfall or extended periods of strong winds. Certain wind patterns can cause colder, deeper waters to rise and replace the sun-warmed surface water, leading to noticeable variations.
Our forecast is based on a proprietary mathematical model that considers real-time water temperature changes, historical trends, key weather patterns, wind strength and direction, and air temperature specific to each region. Additionally, we incorporate data from other resorts to enhance accuracy.

The Usora River flows through northern Bosnia and Herzegovina, passing towns such as Teslić and Doboj before joining the Bosna River. It is a medium-sized river fed by mountain streams, which gives it clear but cool water. In winter, the temperature usually drops to around 2–5°C, while in spring it rises to 10–13°C as snowmelt increases the flow. During the summer, particularly in July and August, the water reaches 20–24°C in calmer sections, making it suitable for swimming. In autumn, the temperature gradually decreases again to about 10–15°C.
Swimming in the Usora River is common among locals, especially in summer when the water is pleasantly fresh. The river is generally clean, with several accessible banks and shallower areas ideal for bathing. Although there are no officially managed beaches, swimming is allowed, and people often gather near Teslić to relax by the water. In its upper parts, the current is stronger and better suited for fishing and small water sports, while the lower course offers calm stretches perfect for swimming and recreation.
