*** Forecast - Our water temperature forecast
Actual nearshore water temperatures may fluctuate by several degrees from the reported values, especially following heavy rainfall or extended periods of strong winds. Certain wind patterns can cause colder, deeper waters to rise and replace the sun-warmed surface water, leading to noticeable variations.
Our forecast is based on a proprietary mathematical model that considers real-time water temperature changes, historical trends, key weather patterns, wind strength and direction, and air temperature specific to each region. Additionally, we incorporate data from other resorts to enhance accuracy.

Location & Local Information
Peremut Lake is a small yet attractive water body within the Shatsk National Nature Park in Volyn. Like many of its neighbors, Peremut is of karst origin and is distinguished by its shallow depth: its average depth is only about 1.5 meters, with the maximum rarely exceeding 3.5 meters. Thanks to this shallowness, Peremut warms up very quickly under the influence of the summer sun. During the peak summer season, from July to August, the water temperature here is consistently high, typically reaching a comfortable +22 to +24∘C or even higher for long swims.
Regarding swimming opportunities, Peremut Lake is a good choice for a quiet, secluded getaway, although its shores are generally low and can be marshy in places. It is fed by groundwater and surface runoff, which ensures relatively high water quality. Swimming is possible here, but it should be noted that the infrastructure for beach recreation is minimal, as the lake is partly located within a protected area of the park. This location is more suitable for those seeking natural silence, fishing, and peaceful walks in the surrounding forest.
In contrast to the bustling Svityaz Lake, Peremut offers a more wild experience. Swimming here is generally safe due to the sandy shallows near the shore and the warm water, but because most of the coastline is naturally marshy, convenient access points for swimming should be sought near the Shatsk NNP's recreational sites, where resting areas are sometimes equipped.
