Actual nearshore water temperatures may fluctuate by several degrees from the reported values, especially following heavy rainfall or extended periods of strong winds. Certain wind patterns can cause colder, deeper waters to rise and replace the sun-warmed surface water, leading to noticeable variations.
Our forecast is based on a proprietary mathematical model that considers real-time water temperature changes, historical trends, key weather patterns, wind strength and direction, and air temperature specific to each region. Additionally, we incorporate data from other resorts to enhance accuracy.

Swimming in the Una River near Kozarska Dubica is generally permitted, embraced, and a major summer leisure activity. The river banks in and around the town feature popular informal beaches, attracting crowds during the warm season. The water quality remains good in this section, and the warmer temperatures make for comfortable bathing. The river serves as a central point for summer recreation. While official, regulated swimming areas are limited, the established local practice of swimming along the calmer stretches of the Una signifies its widespread acceptance for public use.
