Lake Dubrava, the largest artificial lake on the Drava River in Croatia, stretches across a wide area and is surrounded by greenery and small villages. In summer, the water temperature usually rises to about 22–25°C, which makes it suitable for swimming, though it can feel cooler in deeper parts and during windy days. In spring and autumn, the lake remains much colder, often below 15°C.
Swimming in Lake Dubrava is enjoyed mostly by locals who use the calmer shores and smaller coves for bathing. There are no big tourist beaches, but the natural setting provides a peaceful atmosphere.
