*** Forecast - Our water temperature forecast
Actual nearshore water temperatures may fluctuate by several degrees from the reported values, especially following heavy rainfall or extended periods of strong winds. Certain wind patterns can cause colder, deeper waters to rise and replace the sun-warmed surface water, leading to noticeable variations.
Our forecast is based on a proprietary mathematical model that considers real-time water temperature changes, historical trends, key weather patterns, wind strength and direction, and air temperature specific to each region. Additionally, we incorporate data from other resorts to enhance accuracy.

Location & Local Information
The city of Dolyns'ka is located in the steppe part of the Kirovohrad Oblast, and its water resources are primarily represented by small rivers and numerous ponds. The water temperature in these bodies of water generally follows the seasonal fluctuations typical of Central Ukraine. In July and August, during the summer heat, the water in Dolyns'ka's ponds warms up well and can reach a comfortable 22−25∘C, which is considered the ideal temperature for safe and prolonged swimming. In the early and late summer, the water will naturally be cooler—around 17−21∘C.
Swimming opportunities in Dolyns'ka and its surroundings are centered around local ponds. One of the well-known recreational spots in the Dolyns'ka district that features swimming areas is the Veseli Bokovenky Arboretum. Although the arboretum itself is located near the village of Veseli Bokovenky rather than in the city, it offers designated zones for water recreation, fishing, and tent camping. This is likely one of the most organized places for water leisure in the district.
Thus, for residents and guests of Dolyns'ka, there are opportunities for summer swimming, mainly in ponds, where the water is warm during mid-summer. While Dolyns'ka itself may not have officially checked communal beaches, the proximity to recreational areas like Veseli Bokovenky provides access to water recreation. Nevertheless, caution should always be exercised when swimming in undeveloped ponds.
