*** Forecast - Our water temperature forecast
Actual nearshore water temperatures may fluctuate by several degrees from the reported values, especially following heavy rainfall or extended periods of strong winds. Certain wind patterns can cause colder, deeper waters to rise and replace the sun-warmed surface water, leading to noticeable variations.
Our forecast is based on a proprietary mathematical model that considers real-time water temperature changes, historical trends, key weather patterns, wind strength and direction, and air temperature specific to each region. Additionally, we incorporate data from other resorts to enhance accuracy.

The Huiva River flows through the territories of Zhytomyr and Vinnytsia regions, winding among forests, meadows, and small villages. It is a relatively small and calm river, known for its clear water and sandy or pebbly bottom in many places. Because of its modest width and slow current, the river warms up quite quickly in summer — by late May, the water temperature often reaches 18–20°C, and in July and August it can stay around 22–25°C. In shaded forested sections, however, the water remains noticeably cooler, especially in the morning hours.
Swimming in the Huiva River is popular among locals, particularly near villages where natural beaches have formed on gentle bends of the river. The water is usually clean and transparent, suitable for bathing and short swims. In some places, the depth is small, making it safe even for families with children, while deeper stretches can be found closer to small dams or bends where the flow slows down. The calm nature of the Huiva and its pleasant surroundings make it an inviting spot for summer relaxation.
