*** Forecast - Our water temperature forecast
Actual nearshore water temperatures may fluctuate by several degrees from the reported values, especially following heavy rainfall or extended periods of strong winds. Certain wind patterns can cause colder, deeper waters to rise and replace the sun-warmed surface water, leading to noticeable variations.
Our forecast is based on a proprietary mathematical model that considers real-time water temperature changes, historical trends, key weather patterns, wind strength and direction, and air temperature specific to each region. Additionally, we incorporate data from other resorts to enhance accuracy.

Location & Local Information
Dybsø Fjord (Danish: Dybsø Fjord) is a shallow coastal inlet on the southern coast of Zealand. Water temperatures vary seasonally and can change quickly because the fjord is shallow and influenced by the Baltic Sea. Typical seasonal ranges are roughly winter around 0–6 °C (32–43 °F), spring about 4–12 °C (39–54 °F), summer generally 16–22 °C (61–72 °F), and autumn 8–14 °C (46–57 °F). Local conditions such as wind, freshwater runoff and sunshine can push temperatures a few degrees higher or lower on short timescales, and shallow bays sometimes warm more than open sea in calm weather.
Swimming in Dybsø Fjord is possible in many parts, but it is not uniformly unrestricted. Much of the area forms part of protected nature reserves and bird sanctuaries, so access and bathing can be seasonally limited to protect breeding and resting birds and sensitive habitats. Water quality in the fjord is generally acceptable for recreational use, though occasional algal blooms or muddiness on shallow bottoms can reduce comfort and visibility. Visitors should follow local signage and municipal guidance: where no prohibitions are posted, swimming is allowed, but respect protected zones and seasonal closures aimed at conservation.
