Borove (Borovske) Lake in the Kharkiv Oblast is part of the natural landscape typical of the forest-steppe zone, which directly influences its water temperature. Thanks to its relatively shallow depth and location in a zone of warm continental summers, the water in the lake warms up quickly and thoroughly. During the peak summer months, particularly July and August, the water temperature typically reaches a comfortable 23−26∘C, making it an ideal spot for prolonged swimming and family recreation. In spring and autumn, the water is naturally much cooler.
