*** Forecast - Our water temperature forecast
Actual nearshore water temperatures may fluctuate by several degrees from the reported values, especially following heavy rainfall or extended periods of strong winds. Certain wind patterns can cause colder, deeper waters to rise and replace the sun-warmed surface water, leading to noticeable variations.
Our forecast is based on a proprietary mathematical model that considers real-time water temperature changes, historical trends, key weather patterns, wind strength and direction, and air temperature specific to each region. Additionally, we incorporate data from other resorts to enhance accuracy.

Location & Local Information
In the city of Most, the Bílina River flows directly through the urban area, but it is not a river commonly used for swimming. The water here is relatively shallow and influenced by both industrial surroundings and variable inflows, which means that water temperatures fluctuate with the season. In summer, it may reach 18–22 °C, but the overall quality and clarity of the river in this section are not ideal for recreational bathing.
Because of these conditions, people in Most generally do not swim in the Bílina itself. Instead, residents seeking water activities prefer nearby lakes and former mining pits that have been transformed into clean recreational zones, where the water warms up more evenly and facilities for swimming are provided. The river in the city remains more of a natural feature and waterway than a place for leisure bathing.
