** Average - Average water temperature on this day in recent years
*** Forecast - Our water temperature forecast
Actual nearshore water temperatures may fluctuate by several degrees from the reported values, especially following heavy rainfall or extended periods of strong winds. Certain wind patterns can cause colder, deeper waters to rise and replace the sun-warmed surface water, leading to noticeable variations.
Our forecast is based on a proprietary mathematical model that considers real-time water temperature changes, historical trends, key weather patterns, wind strength and direction, and air temperature specific to each region. Additionally, we incorporate data from other resorts to enhance accuracy.

Location & Local Information
Uggerby Å, the river known in Danish as Uggerby Å, flows through the North Jutland Region and has water temperatures that reflect the temperate Danish climate and local conditions such as depth, shading and groundwater input. In winter the river commonly registers close to freezing, roughly 0–4 °C (32–39 °F). Spring sees a gradual rise to about 4–10 °C (39–50 °F) as daylight and air temperatures increase. During summer the most typical range is roughly 12–20 °C (54–68 °F), with some shallow, sunlit stretches occasionally reaching low twenties Celsius (around 70–72 °F) on hot days. In autumn temperatures fall back to about 8–12 °C (46–54 °F) as cooling begins. Local variation means any given spot can be a couple of degrees warmer or cooler than these general ranges.
Swimming in Uggerby Å is generally possible where public access and safe conditions permit, but it is not uniformly managed as a network of official bathing sites. The river is used for recreation, but swimmers should be aware there are typically no lifeguards, water quality and currents can vary, and some banks are privately owned or protected. For safety and environmental reasons people are advised to choose accessible, calm stretches, check local signage and municipal information about water quality, and avoid areas with strong flow or dense vegetation.
